Waterford Community Coalition is an Award-winning non-profit organization in Michigan. As they are raising more funds and starting large scale projects, they found themselves in need of an upgraded online presence.
To support this group's rebranding efforts, I collaborated with their team to create fresh email templates and develop automated email workflows within their Mailchimp platform. These enhancements ensured a cohesive online experience that reflected their updated logo.

Saffron Trust, a well-established non-profit advocacy organization for Black women in Austin, Texas, maintains a subscriber base of over 1,500 individuals and publishes a monthly newsletter. This project involved the design and distribution newsletters, incorporating branding guidelines.
In collaboration with the CEO, I designed and developed brand compliant materials. These efforts facilitated consistent communication between Saffron Trust's and its subscribers.
The Ari Advocacy Center, having experienced significant growth, is currently undergoing a brand refresh, including a new logo and website. They engaged me to streamline their email processing by implementing a new mailing system, templates, and automations.
I integrated their first custom CRM, designed email templates, and crafted compelling copy. By developing email automations, I increased efficiency, improved constituent relations, and freed up the team to focus on their core mission.
